What to send
Your council, registration number and year, and your registration certificate as a PDF, JPG or PNG.
What happens next
Your request shows as In review. The team may ask for more evidence, then confirms or declines. You get a notification with the outcome. We do not promise a time, and a check with an outside register is not guaranteed.
Who sees it
You and the verification team can see your review status.
Corrections and help
If a detail is wrong, withdraw the request and send it again, or open Help and choose Contact support.
